All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground Service. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your carrier tracking number. Delivery between 1-7 business days. Stock levels and drop shipping may affect delivery times. In this case, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

• Upgrade shipping services are available Two-Day, Expedited, etc…) for an additional charge. ORDERS PLACE AFTER 12:00 PM PST WILL NOT SHIP OUT TILL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after that time on Friday will not ship till the following Monday.
• Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories)
• Pacific Lamp Wholesale passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pick up. Losses that happen during shipping are to be taken up with the carrier.
• Linear fluorescent and LED tube lamps ship in CASE QUANTITY only. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
• Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time. We will provide an update if this changes. Thanks for understanding!
